Three years ago, my boyfriend and me to traveled to the south of Chile,
because i need know Araucarias. The Araucarias is
a tree very long, grow in the south of Chile in the range, have many years,
thousand or more. The Araucaria is very important for people Mapuche of range,
because the Araucaria bear fuit call Piñon very important for
gastronomy of the area.
I'm live in the coast of south of Chile in my childhood but ever know of
range nor Araucarias. For this reason my boyfriend and my then decide to go in
this travel.
We arrived in Lonquimay, a town very small but very touristic. There we
found a one family, friend my mom, and to go house's located at the outskirts
of the town. This family have a camping very remote for town. We were sundries
days alone, away from the modern world. No telephone, no pollution, no noise,
no people, only us and nature.
I have no words to describe
this travel but it was the best experience of my life 💕
